At MoreThanArtsAndToys, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below:
✅ Return & Exchange Conditions
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Products with quality issues (e.g., damage, missing accessories).
- Products with obvious defects that meet our defect assessment criteria.
- Items received that do not match the order (e.g., wrong style, color).
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
- Customer's personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size).
- Blind box products that have been opened.
⏰ After-Sales Request Time Limit
For quality issues and defects, please submit your request within 15 days starting from 00:00 the day after receiving the product. Requests submitted after the 15-day period will not be accepted.
🔄 After-Sales Processing Methods
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g., change of mind, wrong selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the shipping method chosen.
- If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), the customer is not required to pay the return shipping fee.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Special Product Handling:
- Blind Box Products: For quality issues, contact customer service within 15 days after receipt for an exchange. Clear unboxing video is required showing the unopened package, full unboxing, and the issue.
- Duplicate Items in Sealed Blind Box Sets: Requires supporting evidence (e.g., unboxing video) for verification and processing.
🛠️ Defect Identification Criteria
- Scratches/Nicks: ≥2 flaws, each >3mm
- Stains/Oil Marks: ≥2 flaws, each >3mm
- Poor Coloring/Bubbles: ≥2 flaws

Inspect under natural light or 30–60W fluorescent lighting, 1.5–2 meters from artificial light.
📦 Return & Exchange Process
- Log in to your account on our official website and go to “My Orders.”
- Confirm the product(s) and order number requiring return/exchange.
- Contact us via customer service email (morethanartsandtoysglobal@gmail.com).
- Fill in the reason and upload supporting evidence, including photos and unboxing video.
- Wait for our customer service team to review your request.
Review & Confirmation:
- Our customer service department will review within 1–3 business days.
- Results will be notified via email, including return address and instructions.
Product Return:
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and emailing the logistics details to customer service.
Completion of Process:
- Refund: Processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
- Replacement: Shipped within 5–10 business days after confirming receipt of the returned item.
🎁 Important Notes
- Gift Items Handling: Missing or damaged gifts will be compensated at a discounted value.
- Repair Services: Surface problems like scratches or paint peeling are repairable. Severe damage such as fractures or missing glue is non-repairable. Repair time is completed within 60 business days.
