1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

3. Tracking Information

After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

4. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • All parcels are shipped from China.
  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • We will minimize declared values when legally permissible to reduce import costs.

5. Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels

  • Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or weather conditions.
  • If your parcel does not arrive within 45 days of shipment, contact us at morethanartsandtoysglobal@gmail.com.
  • Confirmed lost parcels will be eligible for replacement or refund.

6. Damaged Parcels

  1. Take clear photos of the outer packaging and product before opening.
  2. Contact customer service within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assess and provide a solution.

7. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before checkout.
  • Address changes are possible before shipment. Once dispatched, orders cannot be modified or redirected.

8. Multiple Parcels & Split Shipments

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


9. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Reasons

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unpaid customs duties, shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
