1. Product Information & Illustrations
All product images and descriptions displayed on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance, color, or packaging may vary slightly due to lighting, screen display, or production factors.
In the event of any discrepancy, the actual product received shall prevail.
2. Special Statement
This website is the only official global store operated by MoreThanArtsAndToys.
All product copyrights, trademarks, and final interpretation rights belong to MoreThanArtsAndToys.
3. Product Quality Notice (Warm Tips)
Please understand that due to the nature of art toys and collectible blind boxes, minor imperfections such as uneven coloring, tiny paint marks, or small scratches may occur during production.
These are considered normal manufacturing phenomena and do not constitute quality issues.
4. After-Sales Service Policy
(1) General Policy
- We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for products without quality issues.
- Products must be returned in brand new condition with original packaging and proof of purchase if a return is approved.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
(2) Blind Box Policy
- Each blind box contains one sealed product; the contents remain mysterious until opened.
- Once a blind box has been opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except for verified quality defects.
- For whole-set purchases:
| Each box is designed to include different styles. |
| If duplicate styles occur within the same set, we will provide replacement for the missing style, subject to stock availability. |
| The replacement item cannot be specified by the customer. |
(3) Order Errors or Quality Issues
- If the product received is inconsistent with your order, or if there are proven quality issues, please contact our customer service within 5 days of receiving the package.
- You must provide:
- Unboxing videos or photos clearly showing the issue,
- Complete packaging (including delivery receipt).

- Upon verification, we will arrange for refund or replacement as appropriate.
5. Purchasing Limitation Policy
To ensure fair purchasing opportunities for all customers, bulk purchases, hoarding, or resale behaviors are strictly prohibited.
MoreThanArtsAndToys reserves the right to cancel any abnormal or non-consumption orders without compensation.
6. Abnormal Order Definition
Abnormal orders include but are not limited to:
- Multiple bulk purchases made for resale purposes,
- Orders placed using identical or similar user IDs, delivery addresses, virtual addresses, contact information, or recipients.
7. Intellectual Property
All contents of this website—including but not limited to product designs, images, text, graphics, and trademarks—are the intellectual property of MoreThanArtsAndToys.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoreThanArtsAndToys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delivery delays, or system errors.
